It's outgoing traffic which exceeded default allowed limit of 2 GB. Are you trying to upload/deploy something big?

Sorry, I didn't see the limit anywhere.
We do be deploying the full package of our app through appveyor.
So when will the traffic limit reset?

And which part of traffics are counted in limit? In project or in account?
    - Cloning from github
    - Downloading files in CI script
    - Uploading files in CI script
    - Downloading files from appveyor artifacts to my computer
    - Upload files from appveyor artifacts to github

It's 2 GB outgoing traffic per build job. It could be lifted though I've been just wondering what are you uploading that exceeds 2 GB?

I still can't start any new build on that project.

I'm using the CI to deploy a release of something like a game.
