WIX 3.10 required for VS2015

I need wix 3.10

VS2015_ITEMTEMPLATES_DIR

Full path to the Visual Studio 2015 item templates directory. This property is available starting with WiX v3.10.

Can you guys install this and roll it out.. I need this as my build is failing.

   Well, despite it's RC, not RTM, it makes sense to install it on VS 2015 as there is a lot of new VS2015-related stuff added.

   Added a new issue: https://github.com/appveyor/ci/issues/349

   For now you can install it with script: https://gist.github.com/FeodorFitsner/2f228b1971c3560bbbf9 - take few minutes only.
