    Try changing build section to:

    build:
      verbosity: minimal
      project: templates\LogoFX.Templates.WPF\LogoFX.Cli.Dotnet.Specs.sln

That's not the solution I want to build.
    I want to execute specs\LogoFX.Cli.Dotnet.Specs.sln

How can I use .NET 5 Preview SDK in my image?

You can install .NET Core 5 by using dotnet-install.ps1, for example:

    $env:CORE_SDK_VERSION = '5.0.0-preview.3'
Write-Host "Installing .NET Core SDK $env:CORE_SDK_VERSION"
    Invoke-WebRequest -Uri 'https://dot.net/v1/dotnet-install.ps1' -UseBasicParsing -OutFile "$env:temp\dotnet-install.ps1"
    & $env:temp\dotnet-install.ps1 -Architecture x64 -Version $env:CORE_SDK_VERSION -InstallDir "$env:ProgramFiles\dotnet"

I haven't tried the snippet above for 5.0, but it works great for 3.x.

    Where should I put this?
Inside the .yaml file or somewhere else?

    Yes, for example:

    install:
    - ps: |
        $env:CORE_SDK_VERSION = '5.0.0-preview.3'
Write-Host "Installing .NET Core SDK $env:CORE_SDK_VERSION"
        Invoke-WebRequest -Uri 'https://dot.net/v1/dotnet-install.ps1' -UseBasicParsing -OutFile "$env:temp\dotnet-install.ps1"
        & $env:temp\dotnet-install.ps1 -Architecture x64 -Version $env:CORE_SDK_VERSION -InstallDir "$env:ProgramFiles\dotnet"
