Deployment fails: The read operation failed, see inner exception

Hi Feodor
Since recently, all uploads fail, e.g. https://ci.appveyor.com/project/DarthGandalf/kvirc/deployment/2838704
Uploading "x/KVIrc-5.0.0-79-g4810f3f49-x86.exe"...The read operation failed, see inner exception.
I see the file appearing on my server, but only the first 28M of it

    Where is that server located?

    Noticed the same issue for sftp deployment
