Slow finalising of build

Hi there,

I'm new to AppVeyor and find it highly easy to use...
I just have a question about the performance I'm experiencing, the build runs absolutely fine up to and including the tests, but then waits about 12 minutes (what seems idle time) to kick off the on_success steps.

Link to project + AppVeyor link can be found here:

Many thanks,

Roger.

I seem to have fixed the issue by calling python/tox differently, which brings me to the following question - using the prespecified way of defining the path:

    - "SET PATH=%PYTHON%; %PYTHON%\\Scripts; %PATH%"

does not seem to work, and raises warnings that are unexpected (about Python 2.7 being deprecated). Is this a known issue? If so - how do I best address it?
