Project build command

Project build command throwed Exception in thread "main" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded, compiling.
local desktop or notebook run project build command without errors.
Does this mean that instance reduced the amount of RAM?

    OSS instances have 1.7 Gb of RAM.
