Build Worker VM Reused?
Are the build worker VMs reused? I was under the impression that every build would have a clean environment. However, that does not appear to be the case. I install Miniconda in C:\Miniconda. Our builds are now failing because C:\Miniconda already exists.

Oh, I see :) Miniconda (all 4 versions) is now pre-installed on build workers: https://github.com/appveyor/ci/issues/359
