Queue is "stuck" for `scoop` application
I've cancelled all the queued builds, and then restarted the last one. But it's still stuck in limbo.
Any suggestions to fix the problem? And how do I avoid it in the future?

Cancel that recent queued build from UI and start a new one - it should be fine.

There is nothing you can do to avoid that. We are working on improvements to minimize such occasions.

It's been fixed. Cancel the job from UI and start a new build.
