Maximum allowed artifact storage size

Hi.

I have hit the limit with this build: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/vilbeyli/vqe/builds/37064471
I'll reduce the build artifact load moving forward but i think i'll need it bumped for now.

   This issue is currently blocking a release.
   Is it possible to remove some old artifacts and gain space if bumping up the quota not an option?
