Same build script works one month ago but not today, got some Cannot open include file: 'd3dx9shader.h': No such file or directory errors, is DXSDK not longer installed on the vs2019 image?

      # download DXSDK
      - bash -c "curl --retry 5 --connect-timeout 30 --location --remote-header-name --remote-name https://download.microsoft.com/download/A/E/7/AE743F1F-632B-4809-87A9-AA1BB3458E31/DXSDK_Jun10.exe ; exit 0"

      - MsiExec.exe /passive /X{F0C3E5D1-1ADE-321E-8167-68EF0DE699A5}
      - MsiExec.exe /passive /X{1D8E6291-B0D5-35EC-8441-6616F567A0F7}
      - DXSDK_Jun10.exe /F /U
      - set DXSDK_DIR=C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft DirectX SDK (June 2010)\

    it works with installing DXSDK manually

    Nice! For some reason DirectX was removed from Microsoft downloads by the time we were building the last image, but now it's back (look, date published is Feb 23, 2021): https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=6812
