Builds sometimes can't access bitbucket

Hi, some of our builds fail because of this error:
ssh: Could not resolve hostname bitbucket.org: No address associated with hostname
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/prowritingaid-appveyor/prowritingaidappsgit/builds/39460247

What's the reason of it?
