BYOC - Build job has failed to start

We have recently started using BYOC on GCP. I must say the setup was really easy, Im very impressed.

Unfortunately, we are running into lots of "Build job has failed to start" issues. Probably 75% of our build attempts are failing in this way.

We are using GCP in us-central-1. It seems that its not leaving enough time for the VM to spin up.

Any ideas?

    On cloud settings page increase "Job start timeout, seconds" (under "Failover strategy" section) to at least 300 seconds.
