Ruby 2.1.6 segfaulting - known issue?

We're seeing the following this morning - https://ci.appveyor.com/project/puppetlabs/puppet/build/4.1.0.909.

Is this a known issue right for the boxes right now?

    Nothing has been changed on build workers recently. Last change was on August 12th.

    Looks like some external dependency changed.
