We have just upgraded our solution to a Windows 10 store app targeting UWP, now on the build server we get the below output with errors??? The environment I'm using is 'Visual Studio 2015' in the appveyor project.

Build started
git clone ......

$msiPath = "$($env:USERPROFILE)\MultilingualAppToolkit.msi"
(New-Object Net.WebClient).DownloadFile('http://download.microsoft.com/download/3/2/4/324B517B-F5A3-480A-AAE0-DDB522358E96/MultilingualAppToolkit.msi?amp;clcid=0x409', $msiPath)
cmd /c start /wait msiexec /i $msiPath /q

...........

msbuild "Snapfish.sln" /verbosity:minimal /logger:"C:\Program Files\AppVeyor\BuildAgent\Appveyor.MSBuildLogger.dll"

Try calling nuget restore before build.

Calling nuget restore does get you a couple of steps ahead, but it looks like the multi lingual toolkit is not being installed properly as it still can't find those targets. When you move to UWP you have to target v4.0 of the multi lingual toolkit, which is currently in beta...it does work locally on my machine. any ideas?

OK, looks like you are installing previous version of toolkit, not the latest 4.0 beta one. For 4.0 beta download URL must be: https://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/6dab9154-a7e1-46e4-bbfa-18b5e81df520/file/143697/9/MultilingualAppToolkit.msi

This is the download page: https://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/6dab9154-a7e1-46e4-bbfa-18b5e81df520
