This is my project : https://ci.appveyor.com/project/sunnycase/tomato-media/build/messages
it said ' Cannot open include file: 'ResourceHelper.h': No such file or directory ', but the file really exists. And the project build successfully on another clean PC with Visual Studio 2015.

Where that ResourceHelper.h should be located?

I'm not an expert in C++, but maybe you should check include directories?
