Cannot assign job to clouds/groups 'GLOAPPVA01'. All clouds within the group are either failing, or offline, or busy.

Hi,
I have installed Appveyor on a Windows VM, and all good. I then installed the agent on a seperate server. Both servers are Server 2019. Network connectivity exists. However, I see this error:

GLOAPPVA01

Remote Process
Offline
0/20

And in the build:

Cannot assign job to clouds/groups 'GLOAPPVA01'. All clouds within the group are either failing, or offline, or busy.

What might the issue be?

    See what errors do you have in "AppVeyor" Windows event log on both servers.

    Hi I fixed this by reinstalling the agent, but now have this error:

    Host key verification failed.
    fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
    Please make sure you have the correct access rights
    and the repository exists.
    Command exited with code 128
    Build failed
