Re-run Incomplete Jobs Re-Runs All Jobs

When I click "Re-run Incomplete" after a build fails, all jobs are re-run, not just the jobs that failed. Here's an example build.. Here's the appveyor.yml.

I've attached a screenshot of the build with failed jobs and another screen shot showing that all jobs get re-run after clicking Re-run Incomplete.

    It definitely looks like a bug. We are going to look into that issue.

    We have deployed an update with the fix for re-run incomplete jobs. Let me know how it worked for you.
