Sudden issues with Azure-related references

A build that worked successfully on 10/9 (1.0.827) suddenly started failing on 10/12 (1.0.828). It's the same commit with absolutely no changes. You can see it in the history of OptiRTC/OptiPlatform. It's complaining that it can't find msshrtmi, which is an Azure dependency. Did something change on the build machines between 10/9 and 10/12 that would cause this to start happening? I've gone through all my Azure nuget dependencies and made sure they are copy local, but none of that should make a difference since the build used to work.

Any ideas?

It was Azure SDK 2.7.1 installed (updated): http://www.appveyor.com/updates/2015/10/10 though I'm not sure how that could affected your build. What/where that reference to?

Thanks for the info. That reference is an under-the-hood dependency of the
azure service runtime dll as far as I can tell. This gives me enough
    information to troubleshoot.
