Sluggish performance?

We've been seeing sluggish performance recently. Is there anything we can do to improve things?

    Performance may vary depending on hardware load. Pro environment is less loaded though. Or what do you mean?

    I'm also seeing slower than normal performance. Seems like it's taking longer to start jobs by about 90 seconds.

    If it's Visual Studio 2015 image then yes it takes longer to start as VM is re-created.
