Failed connect to github.com:443; No error

I started getting the following errors this morning:

git clone -q --branch=master https://github.com/cppformat/cppformat.git C:\projects\cppformat
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/cppformat/cppformat.git/': Failed connect to github.com:443; No error

and every build fails: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/vitaut/cppformat/history

GitHub seems to work normally and I can clone the same repository from command line.

    Yeah, seen that too. Looked like it was https endpoint hiccup on their side as SSH endpoint didn't have any issues.
