GitHub Releases: Error uploading release asset: 502 - Bad Gateway

Getting this error, I had made no changes to any configuration anywhere and suddenly it's erroring while deploying the artifacts to GitHub Releases.

    Hi Jon,

    GitHub team confirmed there was an issue on their side which should be fixed by now. Please give it another try and let me know about the results.
