v141_xp build tools missing from Visual Studio 2017 environment

error MSB8020: The build tools for v141_xp (Platform Toolset = 'v141_xp') cannot be found. To build using the v141_xp build tools, please install v141_xp build tools.

Weird request, I know, but is there any chance we could get XP build tools added to the Visual Studio 2017 environment?

    Never mind. This was a configuration problem.
