YAML file 'appveyor.yml' or '.appveyor.yml' was not found

Dear AppVeyor team

For a few weeks now, AppVeyor does not start working after pushing into the repository https://github.com/hydpy-dev/hydpy. The event log says:

Commit "c1eadb66" of branch "refactor/models/evap_hland_lland/extract_pet" skipped as "Skip branches without appveyor.yml" is checked
YAML file 'appveyor.yml' or '.appveyor.yml' was not found

However, appveyor.yml is still there, and I cannot remember any relevant changes that could have happened in the last months.

    Make sure your GitHub account is still authorized in AppVeyor. You can check/authorize GitHub on "New project" page - you should see the list of repositories.
