weird error "There was an error while trying to complete the current operation. Please contact AppVeyor support."

I'm using my free plan account but today I can't build any projects and can't remove any projects with the message "There was an error while trying to complete the current operation. Please contact AppVeyor support." like an attached file. how should I do to recover from this situation?
