Running exe hangs build

Hello,

This build hangs: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/larsbrinkhoff/temp

The file tmp.exe is generated in another project. It runs fine on my developer machine.

   tmp.exe should normally run instantly and return with an exit code of 42.

   Tested Windows 10. Got an alert box stating that tmp.exe stopped working. After the first run, tmp.exe worked ok.
