IP Addresses changed?

I'm getting this error when running integration tests against our development sql server "Client with IP address '104.154.37.126' is not allowed to access the server. " The ip addresses don't seem to be specified here: http://www.appveyor.com/docs/build-configuration. Is there a new range being used?

    It's new cloud environment that we are testing right now. Builds are routed there if Pro environment has not accepted the build in 15 seconds. One of the servers were not responding - it's OK now. In the meantime we are going to have a persistent IP there.
