Problem starting a job

Hello,

Starting https://ci.appveyor.com/project/tim-lebedkov/npackd shows the following message:

There was an error while trying to complete the current operation. Please contact AppVeyor support.

Could you please check/resolve?

    Hi Tim,

    Account has been automatically suspended as there is an always-failing job taking 1 hour. Please fix the build to re-enable account.

    I have modified the project to not fail and use less than an hour. Please re-enable it.
