Project won't launch new build says contact appveyor support?

Trying to figure out how to avoid failing in scons project, I created a test to run in appveyor, but this project is also apparently unable to launch new builds. Please help!

"There was an error while trying to complete the current operation. Please contact AppVeyor support."
