A global dotnet tool is availabel which implement Appveyor REST API

Hi all,
I have pushed a new global dotnet tool named appvey .
The tool is a command line tool that implement project, build REST API, including download artifacts
The plan include adding more API.
The tool can be downloaded from https://www.nuget.org/packages/appvey and wiki documentation how to use is available.
