Builds failing due to nuget?

Hi - we have several projects we build and deploy via Appveyor which started failing on Friday last.
It seems that they are no longer able to restore packages from NuGet - and maybe also that they are not even reading the "appveyor.yml" file.
Thanks for any help

This issue is resolved, and was due to the bitbucket user we were using from Appveyor being accidentally deleted.
