Can't deploy

I'm trying to get my project to build and I get an error during scan that it can't find the file and when I deploy it wants an environment but none is shown.
My project is here https://ci.appveyor.com/project/N6REJ/php-win32ps
Please explain what I'm doing wrong. I know nothing about appveyor.

    To deploy into environment you have to create a new deployment environment on this page: https://ci.appveyor.com/environments
