Firefox timing issue in Firefox SDK tests

A small and mostly random subset of my tests fail frequently but not always on AppVeyor. These same tests consistently pass on travis-ci (AppVeyoer for Linux) and on my Windows machine. The test log shows some errors for the Firefox heartbeat monitor and auto-update system during the execution of the tests that are failing so I'm wondering if maybe Firefox needs to be updated or if I have to change how I'm launching Firefox to prevent those things from interfering with the tests.

Here's an example build: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/carlin-q-scott/browser-media-keys/build/1.0.18

Have you tried looking via RDP what's going on there during the tests: http://www.appveyor.com/docs/how-to/rdp-to-build-worker ?

Thanks for the tip Feodor. The problem ended up being the performance of
the VM as my fix was to add a short timeout between loading pages and
    executing test cases.
