Studio Test Runner is just crashing before it runs a single test.
It runs fine locally, and was running in AppVeyor fine until after
Update 1 is installed.

I don't know if it's a known issue yet, and I would assume it's
an issue that Microsoft need to fix.

I just run Visual Studio Test Runner from the command line in an
MSBuild script.

martin.costello1tag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/386617752015-12-09T20:05:33Z2015-12-09T20:05:33ZVisual Studio Test Runner Crashing

Do you have Update 1 installed locally?

Maybe it's something do with the code coverage adapters being
missing or something? I recall a few weeks ago a similar issue with
tests failing because Test Agents were missing on the OS image.

martin.costello1tag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/386617752015-12-12T23:02:24Z2015-12-12T23:02:24ZVisual Studio Test Runner Crashing

It's been fixed. You can switch back to the latest (default)
