Build time increase for https://ci.appveyor.com/project/eclipsewebmaster/sumo

Hi,
this is a followup to https://help.appveyor.com/discussions/problems/37532-build-for-github-repo-httpsgithubcomeclipse-sumosumo-stopped-end-of-october.

It would be very helpful to get an increase in build time to 90 minutes if possible.
