AppVeyor doesn't pick up builds

Hi,

we have some pull requests but apparently AppVeyor doesn't pick up any of them. (E.g. https://github.com/coala-analyzer/coala/pull/1151 , does not appear on https://ci.appveyor.com/project/sils1297/coala/history)

   I have the same issue here: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/ZahlGraf/mysafecore/history
   I pushed some code to github, but Appveyor seems to not notice it. It does not show up in the history.

   Same for me with a BitBucket account. Manually invoking a new build leads it to only be queued, as per this thread: http://help.appveyor.com/discussions/problems/3847-my-builds-are-queued

   Edit: This isn't limited to a single project. Problem occurs in newly created projects also.

   Alright, all those builds now appeared as cancelled, as I restarted them they seem to be stuck in the queue - with no build active.
