I have 2 branches. One is my main which I use for the current php version and another that is "8.3" which is setup for php 8.3.x builds.
I have in setting "main" as the default and then "all branches" underneath that and both vs2019 and 2022 as build images.
What I think I need to have happen is when I say build it will build both php 8.3 build and the php 8..4 build.
since php 8.3 uses a different appveyor, mainl due to vc16 & php I put it in its own branch incase php updates 8.3 again.
How can I make this work. I see others that do things in a similar way.
