Hi,

I've just changed my GitHub nick from mzgol to mgol (you can see redirects working on https://github.com/mzgol/check-dependencies or https://github.com/mzgol/npm-bump) and now I can't log in to AppVeyor - I get a message:

"User with email "[email blocked]" already exists. Link GitHub account to your existing AppVeyor account on "Profile" page.".

I've always been logging in via GitHub, though, so I'm now effectively locked out of my own GitHub account. Please help.

Regards,
Michał Gołębiowski

    Travis handles renames without any problems, it even keeps history from before the renaming. For example, I renamed my account from mzgol to mgol as described above and then renamed one of my repositories from eslint-config-mzgol to eslint-config-mgol; the whole build history is still there: https://travis-ci.org/mgol/eslint-config-mgol/builds

    It's been renamed.

    I didn't notice that while I can now login, the jobs are not triggered when I commit something in one of my repositories. It seems like you have some "mzgol" leftovers, could you check?

    Make sure GitHub repo had correct webhooks. You can check what's being sent to AppVeyor and what's its response in "Recent deliveries" of webhook. Webhook URL can be found on General tab of project settings.

    It turns out configurations of my projects at AppVeyor still contained references to mzgol repositories instead of mgol, causing the webhook to return error 400 with body:
    {"message":"Push request and project repositories do not match."}

    I changed those references and it seems to work fine now.

    Hello, when I try to log in with GitHub button I get this error:

    "User with email "e-mail" already exists. Link GitHub account to your existing AppVeyor account on "Profile" page."

    I can do nothing. No sign in, no sign up, no profile page, only I can add and remove AppVeyor app from my github account but this doesn't help me :(
    My github is "rddim"

    @rddim This means that you already have email-based account with the same email which is linked to your GitHub account. You have to login with your email and password (use https://ci.appveyor.com/forgot-password if needed), then go to https://ci.appveyor.com/profile and link GitHub account to your profile.

    @Ilya Thank you very much, reseting the password do the job. Thanks
