Silverlight is not available on the "Visual Studio 2015" environment

I'm trying to run a couple of unit tests using Lighthouse, which is a command-line tool that runs a Silverlight .xap file in a small console host. It's not currently working on the "Visual Studio 2015" environment, so I suspect the Silveright 5 runtime is not installed. Would that be possible?

Can you drop a link to SilverLight download that's required?

Awesome. It seems that you or somebody else installed Silverlight, because the Silverlight unit tests work now. Thanks!

Yeah, it's been deployed to build workers.
