    Hi Eugene,

AppVeyor has a newer F# release installed (so-called 3.1.1 OOB) and there is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\F#\3.1\Framework\v4.0\Microsoft.FSharp.targets" on build workers.

You can install the update from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=41654 and replace 3.0 with 3.1 in targets path: https://bitbucket.org/efotin/envvars/src/50acc1cec568c64f9010676c98...

Feodor, thanks for the suggestion, but for some reason it has built successfully.
