<p>AppVeyor has a newer F# release installed (so-called 3.1.1 OOB)
and there is <code>"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft
SDKs\F#\3.1\Framework\v4.0\Microsoft.FSharp.targets"</code> on
build workers.</p>
<p>You can install the update from <a href=
"http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=41654">http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=41654</a>
and replace <code>3.0</code> with <code>3.1</code> in targets path:
