Hi,

I had to revoke the AppVeyor app in my Github settings as it wasn't showing all my repositories. How do I now relink, there doesn't seem to be any UI for it.

Thanks,
Kevin

Go to New project page again and re-authorize.

Unfortunately, I am part of a team account and if I go to New Project then I see all of the other team members Git accounts, which is itself a little weird IMO. In the Account Settings, it is marked as being still linked to my GitHub account and I don't see any way to remove/change that link.

That link under you profile is for logging in only with GitHub button. Whoever authorized access to GitHub repos should revoke it on GitHub. Otherwise, tell me your account name and I will reset it from here. The main rule is one AppVeyor account could list repos from a single GitHub account.

Ah, that is not clear. I would have expected that it would union all GitHub repos that all team members have access to.

Does this mean that you can't have a personal and work AppVeyor account?

You can. Remove user from org appveyor account, register new account with user email and then add it to org account back as a collaborator.
