even though on the local Windows 8.1 instance with Node 0.11.13
everything passes correctly; both via cmd and Git-Bash.

The code uses Node's child_process.exec, are there any
restrictions around that?

The relevant spec file failing in these tests:

BTW, links shouldn't just disappear once a new build starts;
when you go to a sub-build, it should point to the correct,
permanent one. :/

m.golebtag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/335089692014-06-23T15:08:55Z2014-06-23T15:08:56ZA build fails even though it passes locally

Ah, it were the quicker test, it's just they are slower in
AppVeyor than locally... Bumped the timeout to 10 seconds and it
works now.

m.golebtag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/335089692014-06-23T16:11:16Z2014-06-23T16:11:16ZA build fails even though it passes locally

Glad you managed to fix that. Thanks for the update!
