Error activating an environment with Miniconda 4.0.5

Hello,

This seems to be a regression (due to the miniconda 4.0.5 upgrade perhaps?). Lately, when trying to activate a conda environment, it produces the following error:

I see. Looks like PATH got longer because of SQL Server 2016 added to a build worker image (see those paths containing Microsoft SQL Server\130?).
