cmake not runnung

our build started failing since about 3 hours. Builds that were built successfully in the past fail now e.g. vs. are different builds of same git-commit.

    I can confirm that nothing has been changed recently on build worker images and your project is still running on the same environment. The last change was on June 28:

    It might be some external dependency that changed.

    But we do not have any: only using appveyor's own stuff

    well, as far as I understand it checks an external feed of packages/dependencies.

    maybe you could update the cygwin installer? i try to contact a cygwin maintainer

    cygwin installer can be updated with the following PS script added to appveyor.yml:

    $exePath = "C:\cygwin\setup-x86.exe"
    (New-Object Net.WebClient).DownloadFile('', $exePath)

    Has there been any other work on this issue? I'm currently seeing the same thing. cmake dies silently and kills a critical library build for me.

    I'm specifically having a problem here ( Triggering that cmake should start a sizeable log. Here's an example from travis on linux, the command just isn't running (
