NuGet Pack doesn't seem to be working - from what I can tell,
because the fsharp.targets file isn't available (looked for as part
of the project?). It does seem odd though, as it would seem to be
needed for general build. I wonder if perhaps the nuget command
line invocation isn't picking up some env variable? Seems rather
odd though...

If it helps, my project [https://ci.appveyor.com/project/kolektiv/xyncro.azure]
seemed to work before. Ran it today with no changes, and it failed
in the same way...

Cheers! Any ideas appreciated...

Andrew Cherrytag:help.appveyor.com,2012-11-13:Comment/336886552014-07-08T04:55:20Z2014-07-08T04:55:20ZFSharp Targets not available?

Hi Andrew,

I think the problem is in this line:

https://github.com/kolektiv/semver.net/blob/master/src/SemVer/SemVe...

On build workers there is newer OOB F# 3.1 is installed and the
path should be:

$(MSBuildExtensionsPath32)\..\Microsoft SDKs\F#\3.1\Framework\v4.0\Microsoft.FSharp.Targets
