Hi, I just activated a new premium account and connected a couple private bitbucket repositories.

My brother created an AppVeyor account using his corporate email address.

I then added a collaborator (with my brother's email address) and gave him a role ("User").

I verified the project settings gave the "User" role suitable access.

He cannot see or access the project.

His email address (as it happens) actually has write priveliges on the bitbucket repository in question (so I am doubting this is an issue) And switching him to an administrator role had no effect.

Please advise.

Thanks,
Elliott

looks like he was beginning to see changes after logging out and back in. He could choose my account name to log in to...

Is that how things work? You can only be logged in to a single account?

That's rigth, you can choose an account while logging in (if you are assigned to multiple accounts). To change account you should re-login.
