<p>Seems like web deploy resets ACLs. While we are working on
better fix, can you please try <a href="http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6852155/can-i-retain-folder-permissions-during-one-click-web-publishing">
this</a> workaround and see if this works.</p>
<p>Also you might need to set site of application path folder to
different name to force AppVeyor to reset ACLs.</p>
