Problem connecting to github

Looks like I'm getting build failures because AppVeyor can't connect to github: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/danesparza/mailchimp-net What's up with that?

We've seen that before - it's kind of sporadic error connecting to GitHub. We'll add retry operation to that.

I am also experiencing this repeatedly with https://github.com/naturalatlas/node-gdal. Is there a timeline on this?
