Build issues
Hi there,
I started using AppVeyor a month a or ago and all was working great.
The last couple of days the experience hasn't been so good.
Previously a build agent was available within 4 minutes, however it now takes nearly 30.
(It would be useful to have a global indicator of how many jobs are ahead when a build is queued.)
When a build agent does become available, it seems to have network issues when attempting to connect to gibhub and hence it is unable to clone the repository.
I am on a free account so not sure if that's why...
Any help on this is appreciated. My project URL is https://ci.appveyor.com/project/vishal123/oblivious

Looks like these issues have already been reported and are being worked on.
They hadn't been when I first noticed the issues 2 days ago.
Feel free to ignore/close.

Same problems here.
Sometimes the build succeeds, but fails in the final step when uploading artifacts with this error:
Uploading artifact Website.zip (9.8 MB)...An exception occurred during a WebClient request.

Well, this looks like a different problem. How often do you see that error and when did it start?

I think since yesterday. Looks like the build machine loses the internet connection. Sometimes in the beginning when fetching the repo from github or sometimes at the end of the build when uploading the artifact.
We also experience long startup times of SQL 2012 Express, so we disabled that.

Yeah, we reported about performance issues to Microsoft support and are awaiting for their response.

Any updates on general performance? I have builds that have been queued up for a day now (https://ci.appveyor.com/project/codecadwallader/codemaid)

Cancel one of them or push a new build - should be fine now. We've moved build workers to East US zone and performance is much better now.
