Add ARM configuration for W8/WP8/W8.1/WP8.1 Projects.

Hi all.
I develop an app for ARM devices, but on AppVeyor I can't select this because there isn't.
Can the staff fix this, please?

   ah, you mean selecting ARM in the dropdown on UI!

   Make sure appveyor.yml file name is in lowercase! ;)

   If I put ARM on appveyor.yml the build works. Can you add a customized textbox in the drop down on UI? This can help other people :)
